As we enter the Spring market we are seeing a little more activity but still well below the norm for this time of year. Average sales price crept up just slightly along with a few more closed sales and pending sales are also on the rise. We currently remain a very balanced market and a lot of people are anxiously awaiting the feds decision on interest rates later this month. If rates dip I expect to see a lot more buyers getting off the fence along with homeowners sitting on their equity. If rates stay the same its just more of the new normal. Stay tuned!
