I hope everyone had a fun and safe Labor Day weekend to end the Summer season! Status quo is pretty much the word right now in the market. Average sales price stays steady with a very slight increase from $420k to $425k. The number of homes for sale increased slightly and the total number of sales decreased ever so slightly. This is pretty cyclical every selling season as we head toward the end of the year. Avg. days on the market ticked up slightly from 10 to 11 days to round out the stats for this month.
