Here are the market stats for the Metropolitan Atlanta area through August (links) below. Nothing too drastic compared to previous months. Average sales price dipped slightly and days on the market along with inventory continued to rise slightly. The big news was the fed dropping interest rates. It will be interesting to see how this affects the mindset of buyers and sellers that have been on the fence for a long period of time. See todays Bankrate article here.
