Here are the market stats for the Metro Atlanta area through July 2024. Not a whole lot has changed from previous months. Inventory has ticked up a little but so has total sales over the past 30 days. Interest rates dropped slightly to an average of 6.95% for a 30 year mortgage. With all the speculation of the fed dropping rates next month it will be interesting to see how the real estate market responds.
