Well the crazy real estate market continues to turn. We have seen quite an influx of inventory the last few months with sales and pending sales still staying low. The "golden handcuffs" still keep a lot of homeowners on the sidelines with their low 3% interest rates and buyers are still hesitant with the higher interest rates. Despite all of this, the average sales price continues to stay high. We are seeing a lot more price reductions from people thinking its still a sellers market and thinking conditions are like they were two years ago and overpricing their homes.
