Here are the end of year market stats for the Metro Atlanta area. The average sales price is still holding firm with no big fluctuations up or down. Average days on market is the statistic that jumps out a little bit. This number keeps increasing due to inventory slowly creeping up and interest rates staying a little higher. This will magnify the importance of preparing your home to sell and pricing it correctly as we move into the 2025 Spring market. It is still a VERY stable market with good opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
